Hosting or sharing any illegal, discriminatory, or infringing content, including child pornography, harassing material, phishing pages, exploitation scripts, malicious botnets, hacking tools, trojans, viruses, or spam-related content (e.g., email lists, mass mail programs).
Employing unauthorized automation (such as bots) to manipulate traffic or interactions on the platform.
Resource abuse (e.g., excessive cronjobs), running PHP/CGI proxies, CGI-IRC, fake/disposable mailers, SMS bombers, or any activity that compromises server stability or security.
Support and Limitation of Liability
We provide limited technical support and do not guarantee emergency support via phone or live chat. Support may take several hours to resolve. We offer custom configurations (e.g., PHP/MySQL, firewalls) for fully managed dedicated servers and may install CPanel extensions if they do not affect server security or performance. We do not assist with webmaster tasks (coding, installations) unless the issue stems from server configuration.
Data Backup and Loss
While we perform periodic backups, users are responsible for maintaining their own backup copies of their data. We are not responsible for data loss due to technical failures, cyberattacks, or user actions. No credit or refund will be granted for data loss or service interruptions.
Ownership and Prohibited Use
All rights to the Services and any content provided on the platform are owned exclusively by the administration. You may not copy, resell, modify, or redistribute any part of the Services without express written permission.
